TO KEEP THINGS REALLY SIMPLE, ALL OF OUR PRICES INCLUDE DELIVERY AND FOR THE PRICE THAT YOU PAY WE SHIP ALL UK ORDERS USING ROYAL MAIL 1ST CLASS SIGNED FOR SERVICE & FOR OUTSIDE THE UK (EUROPE & WORLDWIDE) STANDARD AIRMAIL.  IF CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE UK WISH TO UPGRADE THE DELIVERY SERVICE TO THE SIGNED/TRACKED AIRMAIL SERVICE THIS CAN BE DONE AT AN ADDITIONAL COST. SHIPPING

WE AIM TO SHIP ALL ORDERS IN NO MORE THAN 48 HOURS FROM THE DATE OF SALE BUT ON RARE OCCASIONS AND BUSY PERIODS THE PROCESS CAN BE SLOWED SLIGHTLY AND WE CAN'T PREDICT HOW LONG THE MAIL SERVICE WILL TAKE ONCE IT HAS LEFT US AS THIS CAN VARY, ESPECIALLY ON PACKAGES SENT OVERSEAS. PLEASE ALLOW A MAXIMUM OF 7-10 WORKING DAYS BEFORE CONTACTING US ABOUT THE WHEREABOUTS OF YOUR ORDER. WE CAN OFFER A REPLACEMENT REFUND ON ALL UK ORDERS THAT MAY GET LOST IN THE POST BUT WE CAN ONLY TRACK YOUR ORDER IF YOU HAVE PAID FOR A TRACE/TRACK SERVICE.  WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR MISSING PARCELS THAT HAVE BEEN SENT USING STANDARD AIRMAIL AS ONCE THEY HAVE LEFT US WE HAVE NO MEANS OF TRACKING OR TRACING THE PARCEL. THE STANDARD AIRMAIL OPTION IS VERY RELIABLE AND WE HAVE VERY FEW PROBLEMS USING THIS METHOD BUT IF YOU REQUIRE INSURANCE THEN THE UPRADE TO SIGNED FOR AIRMAIL WILL ALLOW YOU TO OBTAIN THIS ONCE SHIPPED BY US. 

RETURNS

THANKFULLY WE DONT GET MANY RETURNS BUT IF YOU DO NEED TO GET SOMETHING BACK TO US THEN YOU MUST DO SO WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO OFFER A REFUND ON ANYTHING RETURNED TO US AFTER THIS PERIOD. ALL RETURNED ITEMS NEED TO BE IN UNWORN, UNWASHED RE-SELLABLE CONDITION AND ALSO IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH OUR CLOTHING TAGS STILL ATTACHED. WE CANNOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILTY FOR PRODUCTS RETURNED BACK TO US THAT MAY GET LOST IN THE POST, SO WHEN RETURNING ANYTHING TO US PLEASE USE A TRACKED OR SIGNED FOR SERVICE. IN CASES OF FAULTY GOODS WE OFFER A LIKE FOR LIKE REPLACEMENT OR A FULL REFUND AFTER WE HAVE RECEIVED THE GOODS BACK AND CHECKED AND AGREED ON THE FAULT.
